This couple owned a very nice home, but their bedroom was small and the bathroom was dated. They also had a young child for whom they wanted to create a bedroom on the same main level. We designed a generous bedroom suite on the end of the house, with windows on three sides of the sleeping room and a coffered, vaulted ceiling; a gracious walk-in-closet; and a beautiful bathroom for two people who keep different schedules. The Kohler infinity tub is filled from above and is the focal point for the room, along with its gas fireplace. The shower includes body sprays for those occasions when they desire luxury. Their child has a pleasant bedroom across the hall, with windows also on three sides and his own full bathroom. The lower level of the addition has an exercise room and an office opening out to the view.
